The Minimoog Model D has a Newly Reissued Launch
The Minimoog Model D gets a new reissued launch as it made its first appearance back in the 70s when it was known as the first portable synth. It also paved the way for core tenants of what is known today as modern synthesis and it has been used by names such as P-Funk, Sun Ra, Kraftwerk, and much more.
The vintage model is similar to the original and it is notably built by hand right at the company's NC Factory in Asheville. It has an exterior that is made from an aluminum and hard wood chassis. In order to retain the original feel and sound of the synth, it has a range of modern updates from the 2016 iteration including the analog LFO with both triangle and square eaves.
