Mellow Mushroom pizza is introducing a series of limited-edition menu items to provide consumers with a way to enjoy some of their favorite foods in a vegan-friendly way. The pizzas make use of the Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Cheeses, and include the Miss Mushroom and Greek Goddess options that are both perfect for those who practice a plant-based diet or who are participating in Veganuary. The Miss Mushroom pizza boasts the brand's signature crust with spinach, caramelized onions, portobello mushrooms, chives and Follow Your Heart Vegan Mozzarella and Vegan Feta Crumbles, while the Greek Goddess boasts roasted tomatoes, kalamata olives, minced garlic and caramelized onions with the same cheese alternatives.
