Starting January 1, 2011, McDonald's in Hong Kong will host weddings. The chain has received requests over the past two years for couples wanting to host their reception at the local McDonald's.
McDonald's has put together a menu and activities to “cater” to the eager brides and grooms, including an apple pie wedding cake. A "McWedding" will put you out around 2000 to 3000 HK Dollars. Since this is a family restaurant and business will continue as usual during the wedding party, no alcohol is permitted.
