Simon Gill Architects is a London studio that found itself renovating a luxury residence for an army veteran in an interesting location. A traditional Victorian lodge—known officially to locals as the Fulham Cemetery Lodge—is the building in question. It was erected in 1865 and wasn't taken care of throughout the years. Simon Gill Architects took on the renovation process and included luxe amenities such as the subterranean pool, courtyard gardens, and lightwells.
