Love, Liv Bakeshop was launched by Sarah Beddoe in honor of her daughter Olivia ("Liv") Beddoe, who was diagnosed with type-1 diabetes at age three. All of the treats that Love, Liv Bakeshop creates contain less than 15 grams of carbs, no sugar, and have little-to-no glycemic impact.
