Luxury French fashion house Louis Vuitton has released a new bag collection designed to pay homage to one of the brand's most iconic designers, Virgil Abloh, who passed away in November 2021. In particular, the collection was put together to celebrate what would have been Abloh's seventh season with the label.
The collection consists of a concise range of luggage pieces and handbags. Leading the way are the brand's new soft trunks that arrive in either a spherical or rectangular luggage shape reminiscent of the brand's 1900 travel designs. Both options feature the number '7' printed as a motif -- another nod to Virgil Abloh. In addition, the trunks feature a bright orange color scheme, which draws directly from Louis Vuitton's iconic 1920s-era suitcases.
For those interested, the entire new Louis Vuitton bag collection is now available on the brand's website.
