A vibrant pop-up Ciroc bar entitled 'London Riviera' recently opened along the Thames and will remain open for five months. The 'London Riviera' pop-up bar is characterized by its vibrant pastel-colored decor and beachy themes, having been inspired by both Miami and the French Riviera.
The long-term temporary pop-up was kicked off with a star-studded launch party and served up eastern Mediterranean street food from celebrity chef John Quilter and Tom Kime, executive chef at Ceru Restaurant. The quaint outdoor space sits along the Thames River close to the Tower of London and includes day beds, pink flamingos, giant pineapples and palm trees.
The unique 'London Riviera' is part of a promotion for the new Ciroc pineapple vodka. Ciroc pineapple cocktails served at the pop-up bar will include a pineapple and sage fizz, a pineapple and ginger cooler and a Pina Colada.
