Modern hipsters are generally a lively and over enthusiastic bunch, so it's somewhat refreshing to see these Liza Xyxpa illustrations depicting a kind of Gen X version of the popular subculturalists.
Sporting androgynous haircuts and attire, and being fairly gaunt and lanky, the subjects in these Liza Xyxpa creations would not look out of place in high fashion magazine editorials. The level of detail the Moscow-based artist puts into each vector illustration is actually quite stunning. She even takes the time to ensure the value on her subjects' tattoos reflect the lighting conditions of the overall compositions.
