In addition to being the longest and fastest roller coaster in Scandinavia, the Helix at Liseberg Amusement Park in Sweden features a highly innovative means to skipping the long wait times.
The Helix ride system is connected to a smartphone game of the same name and guests of the park are able to play the game together on their own phones while in line, with the top score winning a free express pass every 15 minutes. The express pass is used the next time the guest rides as a means to bypassing the long queue.
