Mountain Dew & Lil Wayne DEWeezy Campaign Asks Fans for Inspiration

The Lil Wayne DEWeezy campaign is a collaboration with Mountain Dew and the youth development organization STOKED that aims to ignite creativity among young people and have fans participate in the inspiration and production of a Mountain Dew and Lil Wayne commercial.
The campaign has six phases and right now it's in phase one, which involves having fans submit ideas and inspiration for the next campaign video. Other phases will include having fans select the storyboard for the video, as well as participate in its production. Interested participants can vist the Mountain Dew and Lil Wayne DEWeezy dedicated website, where they can submit their thoughts and ideas related to what they think the new commercial should contain.
Further, the DEWeezy project will also include the building of the DEWeezy Skate Park in New Orleans. The skate park will be situated in one of the neighborhoods hit hardest by Hurricane Katrina, reports Popsop, and will be open August 29.
