This Sustainable Clothing Line Aims to Extend the Life of Raw Materials

'Nau' is a sustainable clothing line that helps to extend the life of raw materials such as post-consumer down. While down is a resilient material with a long lifespan, many companies opt for virgin down rather than finding recycled options. This company provides a way of using recycled down in commercial manufacturing.
Nau facilitates the ethical procurement of conventional down by recruiting a third party facility to collect post-consumer down from old duvets and pillows. The down is then run through a sorting process and the highest-quality material is shipped off for cleaning. Once the down is cleaned and sterilized it is shipped back to Nau to be used for jackets and coats. As part of its latest collection, Nau plans to use recycled down to introduce six high-quality jacket designs.
Nau ultimately provides a solution for extending the life of raw materials such as post-consumer down.
