The Bjarke Ingels Group collaborated with COWI and LEGO to create a unique LEGO installation, titled LEGO House, which took three years of construction to build.
The LEGO House features a bedroom and various artworks, all of which are made up of LEGO pieces. The bedroom features a functional bed, sitting arrangements and even toys and decor pieces that are made up of the interactive building blocks – with the most visually interesting being the cascading LEGO waterfall that is made up of different colors.
The LEGO installation is also tied to an Airbnb partnership, where those interested in the house will be able to sign up to spend a night in it on November 24th. Airbnb is even willing to fly contest winners to the Billund, Denmark location where the house is placed.
