The Lean & Greens products are launching at Tesco locations in the UK to provide flexitarian consumers with an easier way to incorporate more balanced foods into their lifestyle. The products come in the form of burger patties, sausages and meatballs that are each crafted with meat along with a mix of vegetables, grains and pulses. The core product range consists of six products that are each high in protein, contain less than 5% fat, low in calories and also a source of fiber.
Sales and Marketing Manager Euan Ross spoke on the Lean & Greens product launch saying, "We balance lean British meat with what we like to call super greens plant protein and do so by combining bold flavours from around the world to create products that offer a fantastic alternative to a completely plant or meat-centred item. It’s a great 50/50 option for those looking to reduce their meat consumption and boost veg intake in one go. We can’t wait to see the range hit the shelves of Tesco from 20th September with so many varied flavour profiles to enjoy."
