KOKADA Has Recently Formed a Partnership with SERVE Sri Lanka
Caitlyn Fernandez — December 17, 2021 — Lifestyle
KOKADA is a locally owned and produced coconut-based spread that is vegan and nut-free. The spreads come in two flavors: the original and brownie. Both are made from less than five ingredients, most of which are sourced from Sri Lanka. KOKADA has recently teamed up with SERVE Sri Lanka to give back to the community.
Since KOKADA launched in 2020, 2% of all sales of its products have been put towards building up and creating more opportunities for communities in need. SERVE has a similar purpose of bettering the lives of those in need while respecting their values and cultures. As mentioned on the website, through this partnership, both KOKADA and SERVE will “give back to communities throughout Sri Lanka [to] improve education opportunity, and support women-owned business.”
