The Koawach Koalimo energy drink has been created by the brand in partnership with the Swiss-Ghanaian startup Koa to make use of upcycled cocoa fruit pulp and provide consumers with an alternative energy refreshment.
The drink is positioned as the world's first caffeinated soft drink made with cocoa fruit juice and comes in three flavors including Sun Burst, Citrus Wave and Tropic Ocean. Each drink puts lightly sweetened cocoa fruit juice in the spotlight alongside 75mg of natural caffeine sourced from guarana to provide consumer with a delicious way to increase their overall energy levels.
The Koawach Koalimo energy drink is arriving at more than 1,100 DM locations in Germany and online this month, and is expected to fit in well as a coffee alternative for shoppers.
