A boozier take on your standard green juice, this kiwi margarita is the perfect libation for the Kentucky Derby or Cinco de Mayo. From food blogger Jess of How Sweet It Is, the cocktail uses kiwi berries and an easy to make kiwi simple syrup you can use in beverages all season long.
If you are making your own kiwi margarita batch, you will need Grand Marnier, tequila, lime juice and kiwi simple syrup (you can use regular kiwis if you can't find kiwi berries). For garnish you can use lime and fresh kiwi or kiwi berries, plus coarse salt for the rim.
This unconventional take on a margarita is seasonally appropriate for spring and summer, not to mention super refreshing.
