In an effort to appeal to regional taste preferences, McDonald’s New Zealand is introducing its new Kiwi Angus Burger. The new burger puts a creative twist on the original Kiwiburger, which has long been a local favorite.
The new Kiwi Angus Burger is a hearty hamburger featuring a 100 percent New Zealand Angus beef patty, a freshly cracked egg, sliced tomato, lettuce, cheese, red onion, sliced beetroot, mayo, ketchup and mustard. For those who still prefer the original, the chain is also bringing back the Kiwiburger for a limited time. This burger features nearly all of the same toppings, but with a sesame seed bun instead of a wheat germ bun.
