The ‘Kiru Knife Kurouchi Chef Knife’ is a new kitchen knife from Kiru Knife that is designed with a high-carbon steel blade for added sharpness and blade retention. The multi-purpose kitchen knife uses 67 layers of high-carbon stainless cladding that has been reinforced using nitrogen cooling. The knife itself has been sharpened in the traditional Japanese style, using eight-to-twelve-degree angles for a cut that has less friction than an average knife.
The handle is crafted using G-10 Garolite, making it naturally resistant to high temperatures and cold. The blade also features a unique feather pattern that makes it stand out from other knives.
The ‘Kiru Knife Kurouchi Chef Knife’ is now available on Kiru Knife’s website.
