The JWT Augmented Reality Business Card Enhances Client Experience

From pop-up cards to business card coins, forms of self advertising have hit new levels of creativity and innovation, but the JWT augmented reality business card really takes the cake when it comes to client engagement.

This crafty and digitally enhanced card applies Blippar's image recognition app to showcase clips of JWT's most successful ads as well as provide its clients with directions to the JWT London office. Users just have to “blipp” the back of the JWT augmented reality business card, says PSFK, and they will see a showreel of JWT's ads. In addition, the Blippar app will use the smartphone's GPS to create a map for the client that leads them to the agency's office.

With so many brands using augmented reality for marketing, it's not surprising that JWT would apply it to its business cards. It seems only a matter a time before other brands follow suit.
