To improve community access to quick, convenient shopping, Just Eat and Co-op have partnered to start an on-demand delivery partnership. Customers will be able to use the Just Eat app and website to order things from Co-op for delivery in as little as 30 minutes, thanks to the partnership. Consumers will also get access to Co-op-exclusive items and well-known brands, deals, and promotions. The delivery will then be handled by Just Eat using its expanding network of couriers in the UK.
“Co-op stores are well placed in local communities to provide quick, easy and convenient home deliveries – whether a full shop or last-minute top-ups. We are committed to exploring new and innovative ways to increase access to our products and services and, with our members and customers leading busy lives, ease, speed and convenience is a cornerstone of our approach,” said Chris Conway, e-commerce director at Co-op.
