If you are ready to introduce your taste buds to a bold new flavor pairing, these new edibles created by JoJo's Sriracha and Ravenswood winery are the perfect choice for your pallet. The popular companies teamed up to create a two-part collection of hot sauces. Dubbed the 'Petite Sirah Chilli Sauce,' and the 'Zinfandale Chilli Sauce,' they will truly provide an extra kick of flavor to any dish.
The sauces are essentially wine-infused sriracha condiments. And while fiery hot sauce mixed with alcohol sounds like a burning disaster for your insides, these products are described as being both "fruity" and "bold."
The Zinfandel-infused sauce is made with a 2012 Ravenswood Vintner's Blend and features tantalizing aromas of berries and cherries, while the Petit Sirah sauce is packed with powerfully concentrated black fruit, plums and chocolate flavors.
