I always love a woman in scantily clad undergarments, however, the new Jil Sander perfume ads pushes provocative to its limits. This campaign is not only provocative, it is also rather pleasurable.

When advertising gets my attention, it is usually in the form of bright colors, bold graphics, or, like in this case, beautiful, half-naked women. The Jil Sander perfume ads are an erotic display of flesh that makes one question what is being sold. Are they trying to sell a female scent or sex? The images show a pair of "friendly" ladies who seem like they just cannot get enough of the perfume, which may or may not be a phallic symbol. Regardless, the ads are classy, shot in vintage black and white. Although they are infused with sexual overtones, the images reflect a strong confidence found in the modern female.

The Jil Sander perfume can be purchased on her website or in most high-end retailers. In fact, I am out to fetch a bottle right now for my girl because I love a woman who smells great. That, and I bailed on dinner plans last night.
