There have been a fair few attempts at food art, many of which have also made it into the Trend Hunter archives. Without offending those, I have to say the work of Edith Zimmerman is just really cool. Why? Well is is cool and stylish, unlike some other food art posts. The photographs are also really awesome in their own right.
Edith Zimmerman's pieces are also really simple, with a remarkable alien autopsy piece made from a potato and walnut. I love them!
