The British Museum of Food is Launching an Ice Cream Exhibition

Ice cream is one of the most beloved deserts in the world and an exhibition by Bompas and Parr is showcasing the sweet treat in an interactive ice cream experience. Launched in London by the British Museum of Food, the exhibition is known as Scoop and includes an incredible array of exhibits focused on ice cream. Some of the featured exhibits include the world's largest collection of ice cream paraphernalia, installations exploring the history of ice cream and even a fountain of sprinkles.

The interactive ice cream experience also includes classes on how to make the frozen dessert and a tasting bar that features a range of flavors from vanilla to obscure daffodil. Several of the ice creams available at the tasting bar will be inspired by historical flavors such as cucumber and candied fruit.
