Instacart and Walgreens have announced a new partnership to support online SNAP/EBT payments online to help consumers in the US who utilize the programs with a way to access items in an even easier way. The initiative will see more than 7,500 Walgreens stores alongside more than 100 Duane Reade locations offering customers with access to SNAP-eligible products through Instacart for same-day delivery. The initiative will help to greatly enhance access for the more than 40-million Americans who use SNAP/EBT benefits.
