Surprise and delight your guests at your next patio party with these cute and kitschy Hot Dog Cookies. The celebrated illustrator and recipe developer Cakespy created these deceptive sweets as part of a guest post on the popular lifestyle blog 'Serious Eats.'
These sweet takes on the BBQ classic are comprised entirely out of sugar cookie dough. A portion of the dough is dyed a vibrant red, then rolled to form cocktail-sized wieners. They are then slipped into a bun of naturally hued dough and adorned with a strip of sugary-sweet mustard.
