Earlier this summer, Hendrick's Gin held a two month-long botanical-inspired pop-up at Blake's Hotel Kensington. The earthy, greenhouse-inspired pop-up bar was created in collaboration between British designer Matthew Williamson and installation artist Rebecca Louise Law.
The immersive experience saw the transformation of the romantic Blake's Hotel courtyard and its birdcage into a brightly colored display of horticultural delights. In the Hendrick's Horticultural Oasis, dried roses, peonies, hydrangeas and Juniper berries hang from the ceiling while textiles from Matthew Williamson's brand create a plush, laid back element to the space.
The vibrant garden bar served up a selection of Hendrick's Gin-based cocktails during the Hendrick's Horticultural Oasis' two-month stay. Cocktails on offer included the Gin Basel Smash, made with fresh basil and lemon.
