Never underestimate importance of good First Aid equipment. Something like the Healing Bench is sure to be invaluable in a medical emergency.
Industrial design student Adrian Candela conceived this compact product, which essentially merges a First Aid kit with a backpack and a surface for sitting. His concept grew out of a past project called the Package Seat, but this one has been influenced by the features of ambulance stretchers. Wrapped up into the perfect paramedic parcel, the Healing Bench is ideal for disaster relief situations that may exhaust triage doctors on-site. The Healing Bench comes complete with bandages, gauze, disinfectant, a blanket and more, and is easily stored, transported, opened and employed. A supply of these at hand is sure to improve the the lifesaving standard.
