CHOCOLAT-E (pronounced chocolate) is a company from the United States that is striving to elevate the tasting experience with its gourmet chocolate. CHOCOLAT-E's gourmet chocolate utilizes single-origin cocoa from Valrhona—claimed to be "probably the finest one ever produced." The recipe that the brand utilizes for its product is vintage. It is created by Frédéric Cassel who has had many honors in the food industry. He won Best Pastry Chef France in 1999 and 2007. He was also the President of the French Team that won the Pastry world cup winner, in 2013.
