To benefit a skatepark by Power House Productions, the Good Wood 'Skateboard Art Exhibition' is showcasing some really stylin' boards. With the help of 80 professional and non-professional artists, the boards are set up for bidding through the web. With a variety of different designs, graphics, colors, phrases (oh, hell yeah), and more, the fantastic skateboards are only available for bid with a beginning price of $50.
The 'Ride It' Sculpture Park to be built by Power House Productions in Detroit is benefitting from 100% of the proceeds of the event. Through these funds the park hopes to create not only a space to ride, but also contribute to funding for skateboards for kids who could otherwise not afford them.
