Hooters is taking things to a fiery new level with the launch of its new Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce – the brand’s hottest wing sauce ever.
Now available at participating Hooters locations, the new Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce is a spicy new option for those who want to crank the heat all the way up to 11. The new sauce features a blend of ghost peppers, cayenne peppers and habanero peppers, as well as garlic and other spices. The end result is a sauce that clocks in at 15,500 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), which is about 45 times hotter than traditional hot sauces and 15 times hotter than Hooters’ hottest wing sauce to date.
