This Car Was Flipped So That Patrons Could Play a Game of Ping Pong

French artist Benedetto Bufalino transformed an old white Sedan to be used to play a game of ping pong at Maison Salvan in Labège.
In order to create the project, Benedetto Bufalino removed the roof and windows of the car so that it could lay flat on the ground. With this, the Sedan is about the perfect height to allow for patrons of Maison Salvan to participate in a game of ping pong and interact with one another. The blue table is placed over the bottom of the car and is cut to allow the wheels to remain in place. The size of the table allows for people to play on single or double teams outside of the art center, working to encourage communication and draw traffic to Maison Salvan at the same time.
