Samsung's Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Can Record Lifelike In-Depth Audio
Samsung presents its new Galaxy Buds 2 Pro earbuds, which are able to capture biaural 3-dimensional audio for a life-like experience. The South Korean company notes in a press release that “The feature picks up 360-degree sound using a microphone in each earbud, placing viewers at the center of a roaring festival crowd or beside a bubbling brook in the middle of a forest.”
When the audio that is captured through the new technology is shared on social media and digital platforms, listeners are placed in the midst of the sound field, hearing exactly as when it was recorded. To make this possible, the earbuds use LE Audio technology to have 3D audio recording capabilities.
