Mmmly is reimagining classic soft cookies as clean, functional cookies with better-for-you ingredients like root vegetables, prebiotic fiber, fruits, healthy fats and alternative flour. The super cookies were created by Michelin-Star trained chef Nick Naclerio and they were inspired by his own struggles with sugary food and processed products.
A single serving shares up to six grams of prebiotic fiber to boost gut health, plus just two grams of added sugar from apples, which means that the functional cookies have 65% less sugar than its leading competitors. The free-from cookies are made without gluten, wheat and cane sugar, and cookie lovers will enjoy being able to purchase simple flavors like Banana Chocolate Chip, Blueberry Shortbread, Dark Chocolate Chip and Sweet Almond.
