While the Penne Alfredo with Peas and Cheeze and the Butternut Squash & Pumpkin Mac & Cheeze take the form of pasta-based dishes, other options include Creamed Spinach & Kale with Swiss Chard and the vibrant Ranchero Tofu Scramble, which boasts 20 grams of protein per serving.
