No Evil Foods teamed up with NOMAD DUMPLiNGS to reformulate the SHANGRI-LA HONEY dumpling with the small-batch meat alternative brand's Comrade Cluck No Chicken, offering consumers a new choice when it comes to plant-based, frozen dumplings. As ever, the plant-based dumplings are easy to microwave, boil, steam or pan-fry in just a few minutes and these ones are said to have "floral notes with fresh chives to represent the flavors and mystique of China's Yunnan province."
No Evil Foods was approached by NOMAD DUMPLiNGS to replace the meat in the popular dumpling with a plant-based chicken alternative. With this solution, the brand will now be helping to over 1,100 lbs. of chicken a year.
