Muscle Milk, the highly reputable sports nutrition and functional beverage brand, is helping its consumers adjust to the daylight savings by offering six hours of free virtual workouts. Dubbed the 'Power Hour,' fans have their choice of expert athletes leading them through a variety of exercises, ranging from HIIT workouts, boxing classes, and Tabata workouts.
At 10 a.m. ET, Or Artzi–an Equinox and Variis trainer–will provide a Tabata workout on her Instagram page. At 11 a.m. ET, Leila Leilani–the founding Rumble trainer–will provide a boxing workout. At 12 p.m. ET, Kira Stokes–a renowned celebrity trainer–will provide a core training workout on Muscle Milk’s Instagram page. At 1 p.m. ET, Gerren Liles–a founding Mirror trainer–will provide a HIIT workout on his Instagram page. At 3 p.m. ET, Louise Green– a size inclusive fitness coach and motivational speaker–will provide a strength training workout on her Instagram page. Lastly, at p.m. ET, Nick Hanson–a well known American Ninja Warrior–will provide a strength training workout with an American Ninja Warrior twist
