The Saks Food Hall by Pusateri’s in the Sherway Gardens Mall provides a new take on selling fresh foods and premium packaged goods in department stores. This concept has been quite popular across Europe for some time, but Pusateri’s Fine Foods is now making it accessible to Canadian consumers who frequent the mall.
The Saks Food Hall features a total of ten stations, including a Nutella Café, a cold-pressed juice bar, as well as grab-and-go stations stocked with an assortment of gourmet eats. Hot food is available from La Cucina, with food prepared by Pusateri’s own kitchen team. The upscale food hall even features bars for both champagne and prosciutto, which feature selections of local and artisanal favorites from Ontario.
