Fitness apps are so popular that they've already made it onto platforms that haven't reached the masses yet. RaceYourself, a Google Glass company, is developing a simulator that is built to scare you into shape.
The fitness app won't simply tell a scary story or show you a picture of your latest credit card bill to scare you, but it will put frightening things on screen to encourage movement. The app will have you running from zombies, giant boulders and other equally frightening things in the name of fitness.
The scariest possibility seems to be the train simulator as you truly do hear the oncoming train as you run for your life. The virtual realism combined with the fitness focus makes for a pretty exciting exercise routine
