'Fit Pregnancy Club' is a new boutique studio that tailors each and every one of its classes to expectant women and new moms.
As a fitness enthusiast herself, Carolina Gunnarsson was inspired to create the new studio concept after finding she was unwilling to continue paying for the regular workout classes she was attending, considering too many modifications had to be made.
At FPC in New York City, women may now join cardio and strength training classes that are suited to all stages of pregnancy. Alongside the 45-minute FPC Signature class, the studio also offers a FPC Flow and a Pump and Kegel class—as Fit Pregnancy Club promises, "this class holds the secret to moving through your pregnancy with more strength."
