Bicycle accessory maker Fietsklik has invented the Klik, an interchangeable bicycle cargo carrier that can be quickly and easily attached and detached from any slim rack-mounted adapter.
Fietsklik’s Klik adapter can be fitted to most rear bicycle rear racks, and stays securely attached at all times. The Klik system comes with four different carriers that have integrated quick-release mechanisms. This makes them easy to install and remove.
The four carriers include messenger, shopping and laptop bags, as well as a box dubbed ‘The Crate.’ 'The Crate' features suitcase-like wheels and a telescoping handle, allowing riders to easily pull it along when they’re on foot.
The Dutch designers of the Fietsklik system are trying to raise money on Kickstarter to fund production and certification of the product. A $99 pledge will secure donors a Klik and a Crate.
