'my.Flow' is a feminine hygiene product that is connected to a Bluetooth monitor which lets users know when a tampon should be changed.
my.Flow was created by Amanda Brief through her start-up campaign with the goal of preventing leaks and discomfort for women during menstruation. Through this, the feminine hygiene product company looks to empower women by giving them more control while taking away the stress that comes with having to think about changing feminine hygiene products.
The product also works to prevent unnecessary waste and is designed to be environmentally responsible. With notifications sent to users' phones, my.Flow reminds them when the product has surpassed its recommended eight hours of wear, helping to prevent Toxic Shock Syndrome.
