McAlister's Deli recently teamed up with the Atlanta-based Red Brick Brewery to make an alcoholic version of its Famous Sweet Tea. The collaborative effort is part of an ongoing celebration of the chain's eighth annual Free Tea Day.
In order to celebrate Free Tea Day and the continued popularity of the drink, McAlister's Deli teamed up with the Red Brick Brewery for a special promotion. The brewery managed to combine the deli's Famous Sweet Tea with alcohol to create a one-of-a-kind sweet tea beer. The beer will be available for sampling on August 27th when the Red Brick Brewery hosts a celebration of all thing Atlanta, including the city's love of sweet tea and craft beer.
