Social media sites have been trying to adopt the best features from competitors for some time, and Facebook is no different: soon you will be able to embed posts from other sites onto Facebook.
Twitter users have been able to do it for quite some time, and Instagram and Vine have recently allowed users to do it. In order to keep up, Facebook is now looking to implement this system. It is still in its test phase, and only certain companies like Huffington Post and PEOPLE are able to do it, but hopefully the general public will be able to soon. Facebook allowing users to embed posts shows that they are looking to grow as a social media company, and hopefully this will allow their popularity to begin to rise again.
