As part of a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign, start-up Tech Will Save Us is launching Dough Universe, which introduces an 'Electro Dough' for kids that teaches science, technology, engineering, art and math.
Electro Dough, or "electronic play dough" conducts electricity, making it possible for kids to program a variety of their own entertaining toys that light up, emit sounds or move. With an easy-to-use companion app, kids are able to follow stories and challenge themselves when it comes to creating new masterpieces.
As it stands, Dough Universe is first introducing three types of kits: Bright Creatures, Squishy Sounds and Electro Machines, which are designed to teach kids about everything from the basics of building circuits and integrating LED lights and motorized movements.
