Dokkabier, a US-based brewery specializing in Asian-influenced products, has announced the launch of two new limited-edition beers: Rice Kolsch and Dalgona Amber.
Both beers intend to highlight flavors that consumers would only be able to find in Asian street food, and, in doing so, offers them two experimental brews that showcase how beer can broaden one's taste palate. Rice Kolsch delivers a malty, slightly sweet flavor, with a bright citrus finish, while Dalgona Amber is a dry amber ale with tasting notes of burnt caramel and toasted bread.
“With our newest experimental brews, we wanted to take a playful approach to the main staple of Asian cuisine and a Korean street food favorite," said Youngwon Lee. the founder and CEO of Dokkaebier.
