For Valentine's Day this year, Dogs Trust is opening up a pop-up dog-friendly restaurant where pet owners and dogs can dine at the same tables. As a charity that specializes in dog welfare, Dogs Trust is teaming up with hot dog and champagne bar Bubbledogs to create a custom menu.
