Pennsylvania-based food brand Dietz & Watson has announced the launch of a new line of "adult Lunchables," all of which pack a serious protein punch. The new snack packs feature various meat and cheese options as well as other healthy treats such as cranberries, cashews, and walnuts.
The new Dietz & Watson snack packs contribute to the brand's efforts to expand into the lifestyle category. Up until recently, the company was mostly known for its lunch meat products. However, in the past few years, it has begun releasing a wider variety of lifestyle product offerings.
“We’re traditionally known as a lunch meat and cheese company,” said Taylor Grissinger, senior retail marketing manager at Dietz & Watson. “But I think over the last three to five years, we’ve done an outstanding job of transitioning into more of a lifestyle brand, which encompasses everything from grab-and-go snacks, deli snacks, speciality cheeses and even charcuterie.
