When it comes to housing design, 3D-printed architecture has the ability to speed up the construction process and cut down on a lot of waste. Proving that this kind of technology is available right now, a Chinese construction company Winsun unveiled its largest 3D-printed buildings yet.
Proving it is capable of printing more than just one-storey building as it did last year, Winsun set up a totally 3D-printed mansion that spans nearly 12,000 square feet. While this may not be a "mansion" compared to other homes, this is indeed a mansion of 3D-printed architecture. The house is made from 3D-printed concrete, so that pieces of the building can be pre-fabricated and then assembled quickly and easy once on site.
