De Bever Architecten created a beautifully simple home that blends into the environment around it. Set in a lush, green area, the house seamlessly fades into it. Even the height of the building is purposefully lower than the trees beside it to ensure its connection with the outdoors.
The glass-walled home, House IV, evokes an unusual sense of paradise and oneness with nature. The glass walls greatly contribute to the open and bright ambience. Designed with rectangular-boxed room surrounded by glass walls and windows, the living space invites natural light and warmth inside.
Although the house is generally small in structure, it inspires relaxation and comfort and its extended structure provides more than enough space for a family. The home includes an outdoor pool and when you look above it's almost like you're floating in the sea with nothing but sky above you.
The atmosphere is wonderfully painted thanks to the neutral colors of the house that leave the focus to the paradisiacal environment around it.
